The history of Braille dates back to 1808 when Captain Charles Barbier developed a system called ‘night writing’ as a messaging tool for soldiers in Napoleon’s army. The original code was shared, honed and developed into its modern-day application by Louis Braille.
From its military use, to being shared as a global standard, Braille Films takes three simple learnings from its history, Communication / Content / Collaboration.
Braille Films is a collective in the realm of traditional film-making / content creation or experiential branding work. We are obsessed with our craft and the work we produce, this is ultimately what we stand for as a brand and the people in our collective share this sentiment.
Powered by Massif, Braille Films is an indie label focussed on an end product of the highest creative integrity and production quality.
